The HAS20 development site is a field to the west of the railway which the council removed from the greenbelt and added to the Local Plan.

A Public Exhibition was held by one of the consultants involved with the proposal at the Harlington Parish Hall in September. A housing development proposal for the site was presented along with a marketing website: https://www.harlingtonwest.co.uk

A Development Brief for HAS20 was submitted in October 2021 and is listed on the Planning portal:

The version of the development brief document that was decided upon has not been made available to members of the public via the planning portal and the current document list currently shows nothing, however around a month ago there were 10 internal consultation documents listed. It is normal practice to list these documents for planning applications.

¶ Outline Planning Application
An outline planning application has recently been submitted in December and is available to view on the planning portal:

"Outline application: for up to 400 dwellings including land for a Primary School, open space and associated infrastructure. New main access, plus minor access to serve units to south east of site, off Toddington Road – all matters reserved except access. Land to the West of the Mainline Railway Line and North of Toddington Road, Harlington"

The Consultation period for the Outline Planning Application started on the 20th of December and runs until the 28th of January.
There are around 56 documents making up the planning application, discounting the xmas and new year period leaves 24 non-holiday days to review everything for comments.
