¶ HAS20 (Land West of Midland Mainline Railway) 435 houses
Site area: 18.14ha
Density: 40 dwellings per hectare
"HAS20 is proposed to be allocated for 435 dwellings in the submitted Local Plan, based on an area of 18.14ha. The allocation is based on two site submissions. The first was submitted to the Council through the 2014 Call for Sites and was assessed as ALP117. The second, a larger submission for 900 dwellings, based on a site area of 50ha, was submitted through the 2016 Call for Sites and was assessed as NLP381."
Note: The housing density takes into account areas of the site that have been allocated for open spaces and drainage etc. so is based on a smaller site area.
