Land west of Sundon Road, Harlington.
The HAS21 site is a field to the west of sundon road which the council removed from the greenbelt and added to the local plan.
The developer is Redrow Homes (South Midlands) Limited and the proposals seek the erection of approximately 140 new homes, with ancillary open space and landscaping, car parking, internal access ways, principal access, and sustainable urban drainage.

¶ Public Consultation Event
The developer held a public consultation event at Harlington Parish Hall on Thursday 9th December 2021.
The developer has also launched an online public consultation event from Monday 29th November until Monday 20th December 2021 to seek the views of the local community and other interested parties/key stakeholders.
They are currently inviting feedback from interested parties via the online feedback box on their website:

The closing date for submitting feedback has been extended to the 16th of Jan 2022 because many residents reported that they did not receive the leaflets that were supposed to be delivered to all residents. The new date will be communicated to all households in the next village Contact magazine)

As can be seen, the site is directly south of Pilgrims Close and Park Leyes.
